You need to submit your passport, filled application form, a recent passport photo, the invitation letter from your business partner and letter of confirmation or invitation letter from duly-authorized Chinese unit (if required). In your case, you should also provide your legal proof of your stay in KL and previous Chinese visa records are required too (if you have).
