Chinese visa from Turkey

I am a student in Turkish republic of northern Cyprus at Cyprus international university. i wanted to find out how i can apply for it because i would like to visit my brother who is currently in china.

You should go to the embassy in Turkey and submit the application. Materials you may be rquired to submit are as follows: your passport and a photocopy of its data page, an application form, two recent color passport style photos, the original and photocopy of your entry permit for Turkey, an invitation letter from your brother, and a bank certificate with a deposit not less than 5000 lire.

It's too early. The earliest time for you to apply is three months before your departure. I suggest you apply for it one month in ahead.
