You are suggested to take airport shuttle bus line 7 to South Railway Station first. Then walk to the South Bus Station and take long-distance bus to Taicang.
There are many schedules every day from 06:45 to 18:53. And the ticket fare is CNY 22 per adult.0

No need to book the ticket in advance. Buses from the airport to the south station and to Taicang are very regularly scheduled.0
