Hi what is the easiest way to get from Hongqiao aiport to Taicang or from Pudong airport to Taicang

No matter you start from Hongqiao Airport or Pudong Airport, there is no direct long-distance bus that can take you to Taicang.
It's suggested to take airport shuttle bus to the South Railway Station first. Then walk to the South Bus Station. Lots of buses there bound for Taicang. It will take around 1.5 hours on the way by taking long-distance bus.

Yes, there are bus stations near both of them, but buses to Taicang are unavailable in either of them, so you have to go to the South Station or General Station to catch a bus.
