Of course there are muslims in the city. As for mosque, I know two mosques in the city. They are:
1. Minquan Road Mosque: no. 146, Minquan Road, Jianghan District.
2. Qiyi Street Mosque: no. 67, Qiyi Street.
For halal restaurants, you will find them easily around the mosques.
