About:China Visa on Arrival

Hello, my friend is going to visit me here in Xili, Shenzhen. Will she be granted a VOA?

My friend holds a Philippine Passport and I am a Filipino too. We want to see each other.

It's possible that she will be granted a VOA, but not for sure.
