can i get china student visa in ukraine?

I am a Ghanaian in ukraine now. i have not started school yet in ukraine here. i want to go and study in china. can i get my China student type from here or i must go to Ghana?

It is possible that you can get the X type from Ukraine, but I can't say you will surely get it. You should confirm it the officer in the embassy before submitting your application.
