Well, what's your exact location in Kowloon East?
You can take Tung Chung Line at Kowloong Station, and get off at Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland Resort Station, Exit A. After arriving, walk to the park directly.
The ticket fare is 499 HKD per adult.1
