If I travel SP-Atlanta-Denver-Beijing-SP, am I elegible for this 72-hour Visa-Free Transit?

Well...I'm not very certain about which city SP refers to. Is it Sao Paulo in Brazil? If so and you are holding a Brazilian passport, you are eligible for the free transit policy.
