Hi, may I know which month is recommended to go to taipei in Sep or Oct?

Actually, both these two month are ok for you to choose.
The temperature of them is 62.6 F to 77 F. It's cool. Light jackets, T-shirts and jeans are enough for you to prepare.
But Sept. and Oct. have frequently rainy days. So you should remember to bring the rain gear.
