beijing - shanghai on 2nd may (public holiday!!)

Question

Our flight is due to arrive at 08.30 a.m. at Capital International Airport. Can we catch train G 17, at 15.00 p.m from South Railway Station? We have to pick up tickets there. If we book today/tomorrow with you when do we get confirmation that we have the tickets?
