badaling & juyongguan

Question

is there any chance to visit badaling and Juyongguan sections in the same day? i was thinking about starting in Juyongguan and finish in badaling? how to transport from Juyongguan to badaling?

It's possible, Yahya. Although these two sections are not far from each other, there is no direct bus between them. You may take S2 train from Beijing North and get off at Nankou station. From there, you can take No.68 t visit Juyongguan. However, there are not many No.68 buses. It costs around CNY20 if you catch a taxi. After visiting Juyongguan, you can catch the taxi back to Nankou and then catch S2 train to Badaling. If you want to save the trouble, you may hire a taxi after you get off Nankou Station and ask the driver to take you to these two sections. Don't forget to bargain the price.
