Is it possible to visit both sections Badaling + Juyongguan in 1 day?

It's possible but you need to take the cable car to visit Badaling rather than by hike, which takes 2-3 hours. You can take bus no. 879 near the ticket office of Badaling to Juyongguan, taking 45 minutes.
