About:Tongren Travel

Is it possible and safe for an american to drive from Guiyang to Tongren to Zhangjiajie?

We would like to rent a car and take a road trip over 2-3 days through this area? Is it a safe drive? Are the roads well maintained?

As I know, if he doesn’t have a Chinese driving license, he cannot drive a car. Even if it is permissible, you should make him familiar with the Chinese traffic regulations in advance.
The roads well maintained surely.
