About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

conditions for 72 hr transit visa. can we stay 72 hours before and after.

We leave Shanghi on a cruise 1 july return 11 july. We are flying to Shanghai.

Can you specify your question? Do you mean that you fly to Shanghai and then take a cruise to another country? If so, you are not qualified for 72 hours free transit. The free transit just allows the passenters to fly in and fly out.
