About:China Visa Application in USA

Submitting for Chinese visa at the Houston Consulate

I live in Houston area, but do not carry a Drivers License. The only state ID that I carry is a voter registration card. Is this acceptable to use for my application at the Houston Consulate?

Yes. I have a SS number. That doesn't show I am a residence of Texas though. Is that acceptable?
