About:The Office of the Chargé d'Affaires of the PRC in Lithuania

Good day! we have Lithuanian citizen flying to China. what kind of visa he has to apply?

Olga, what is your purpose of visiting, for a trip? If so, you should apply for a L type from Chinese embassy in Lithanian. Otherwise, please tell why you come and then I can help you find out which type you should apply.

If he come to China port by the ship of his company, he should apply for a C type. But I notice that you said he is flying to China, so I get confused.
