I would like to know about my husband's career growth in 2015: he was born on 10th December 1984

to be honest he was waiting for an onsite opportunity since last time . So , can you see any chances of we going to onsite this year .

Well, the career situation is much bettter than 2014.
If he still work very hard, he will harvest much more than last year. So you two still have a big chance to go to onsite. Keep an optimistic attitude towards life.
