which part of shanghai do I stay if I want to be near on shopping complex?

It is also best to near places to eat, walking distance to bus or train or transport ?

Considering all, I would suggest you stay near the Bund or Nanjing Road pedestrian, nnear which all these you mentioned are easy to be found. They are at the Huangpu District by the way.
