What are the accredited hospitals for physical examination in Johor?

According to what I know, you just need to have the physical examination at local state-owned hospital and then get the paper certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs before you submit it to Chinese embassy.0

Thanks Jim for your reply.This hospital is in Selongor and do the medical screening for Chinese visas. I am confused, why they are charging extra, if Chinese embassy accepts all the medical reports by any Govt hospital?0
