About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I need this Original Visa notice for M visa.

My employers can't provide me this document since they mentioned that their authority is limited. Are there any agencies here in the Philippines who process this notice?

Andy, you need to find some Chinese agencies. They might help you get the letter of notice. And the cost won't be cheap.
