Can anyone share with me the direction to Niu Jie Mosque from Tianamen by subway in Beijing?

Subway travels require several transfers and the dropping off site is a little bit far from your destination. Considering all, I suggest you take subway line 1 from Tiananmen East to Fuxingmen, transfer to bus 10 and get off at Niu Jie Mosque. After getting off, walk to the north for about 150 yards to reach.
