About:Chinese Consulate in New York

picking up my notarization

Yesterday, I do a Notarization in CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA IN NEW YORK. I can pick up on Friday. But i living in Boston. Can you to pick it up and mailed to me? Costs borne by me.
