From your place near Zhoudeng Jinianguan, walk to the north to the Watch Factory (Shoubiaochang) and take bus no. 175 to Yonghong Bridge. After then, walk to the northwest to reach. If you feel confused about the bus route, just take a taxi. It would cost around CNY30.
