Train Tickets Friday 16 January

Good day ,

I tried to book train tickets in advance in ctrip and they said it was not successful after charging my card because the tickets are not available for the trains I chose, but the China trains app says there is space. My question is will it be very risky to just buy the tickets in person at pudong airport when I arrive Friday afternoon. Is it too busy this time of year ? I want a G train return ticket to Suzhou

Almost 150 bullet trains run from SH main railway station or Hongqiao Station to Suzhou every day from 06:00 to 22:20, so it would be fine to get a ticket upon landing. Relax!

Besides, there are direct coaches from PVG to Suzhou. It shall be a good choice too.
