About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is Transit Visa possible?

I am holding a chinese residence permit which expires on the 31th of January. But I need to stay a few days more.
So therefore my question:
is: Shanghai- Seoul- Shanghai - Europe

possible? I would arrive on the 31/01 in china again. and leave on 02/02.

Do you mean you will fly from Shanghai to Seoul before January 31 and then fly from Seoul to Europe via Shanghai? If so, you don't need to apply for a G type as you are qualified for the 72 hour free transit policy.
