About:China Visa on Arrival

Can I just apply for the VoA in Shanghai airports or I should need to go Hong Kong to apply?

I'm Richard from Indonesia and Indonesian Passport Holder but now i'm stay in Taipei, Taiwan.

Hi Richard, it's possible for you to get a VOA at Shanghai airports, but I cannot guarantee you will surely get it. If you worry about the issue, you can apply an L type in Hong Kong.
