i am arriving at shanghai by ship and only staying for 8 hours do i need a visa

ReplyNo, you don't need a visa for 8 hours' stay. Just apply for a stay permit after getting off the ship. As for the details about the permit, you are suggested to consult the cruise company.00Reply
