will i be able to get a seat on Shanghai Pudong airport shuttle bus

or is like the nomall over croding on buses

Generally speaking, you can get a seat on the bus. If you can buy a bus ticket, you are assured to get a seat. And the interval of the shuttle bus is frequently.
So don't worry about this problem. :-)
