early april weather in shanghai

I will be in Shanghai the first week of April 2015.  What is the weather like then and how should I dress including footwear?

The average temperature is from 8 to 18 degrees celsius. It might be a bit dry in April so you may drink more water. For clothes, you may wear long sleeved T-shirt inside and thin jacket outside. Jeans and suits are ok. I personally suggest that a pair of sneaker is ok. Leather shoes are not suggested because your feet are not comfortable if you wear it and walk a lot.
