Status - Opening, Location - Beijing, More than 25 days, no update

Can anybody tell me where my item is? Tracing number RH103972042CN.
Please help me urgently because my purchase protection time is about to end.

Hey, your parcel was deivered on Jan.8. I guess that you must receive it, right?
