About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello I need a visa for China from Thailand.

I am from pakistan. I came here on vacation now I want to move to China from bangkok.

If you are intending to travel to mainland China, you need to first confirm with the embassy whether you can apply it by yourself. If not, you need to apply a L type through a travel agency in Thailand instead of doing it by yourself.

Hi - just been to Chinese Visa office - Bangkok. Cambodian girlfriend refused visa! Reason - needs to hold a 12 month thai visa ??

The travel China site mentions a "valid thai visa" which she has for 2 months visit.

As you can imagine I am not at all happy. I have checked the official Chinese embassy website and can find nothing that states this rule.

Will now cancel holiday.
