The distance between these two places is about 6 miles.
You cannot walk to the st.pauls. It's suggested to take free shuttle bus at the hotel, and get off at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro Station. The service hours are from 10:00 am to 21:45 pm. Then walk around 570 yards to the north and you will find the scenic spot easily. :-)
