What does an Israeli need to be granted a 12 month multiple tourist visa to China?

Do you say you are living in Thailand but have to apply the L type in Israeli? If so, you need to submit the following materials: your valid passport and the photocopy of its info page, an application form glued with a recent passport style photo, roundtrip tickets and hotel booking records or an invitation letter from an entity or individual in China. However, the presence of all these documents does not guarantee your obtaining the muti-entry L type.
