About:Travel Tips

i have a Z visa and have worked here for 4 years. i want to change to s type as i will have a baby

And quit work for a year. My husband is on a 2 year contract currently with z type, do I need to leave China?

You can first go to the local public security bureau and ask whethr you can change the Z type to S type there. If not, then you have to go out and apply for an S type and reenter China.
