So when I came back from the Phillipines I just say to the airline that I need a 72 hours permit, and when landing go to the transit service counter and that's it? When I get to Shanghai (arrive at 4pm), I'm gonna go for the rest of my luggage on my friend's apartment, and wait until next day morning (10:00am), to board my plane back to Mexico, so I don't have a third Visa, so I hope that is not a problem! And also is it really necessary to notice de local PSB? I'm gonna be less than 24 here..
