Well, as far as I know, it's not easy for you to find a tourist guide when you are arriving. So you are suggested to find the person in advance. You can join in a travel agency. There is special staff that will plan your trip. Or you can ask for help in the community of this website. I believe that you can find the local tourist guide there. :-)
