I will land at Wusu from Beijing at 15:35, 01/28/15. Is it possible to get a taxi to Pingyao?

How much would cost and how l long would take?

Yes, you can easily find a taxi at the airport that can take you to Pingyao Ancient City.
The cab fare is about CNY 300. And it will take around 1.5 hours on the way.
