About:China Visa Exemption

Singapore - HK - Beijing - Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia)

I am Indonesian traveling from Singapore to Ulaanbaatar. Can I enjoy the 24-hour Direct Transit visa exemption when transiting via Beijing? The layover is about 7 hours each way. Thanks.
