Is it raining in Taiwan in March

Hi, I plan to go to Sun Moon Lake, Cing Jing, Wu Lai and Taipei from 3 March to 12 March 2015 or 22 March to 1 April 2015, which dates are better with less rain? Thanks. I wish to see the cherry blossoms too. Thanks.

As I know, rainy days in March are very common. I just checked the data of 2011-2014 and found that in the late Mar. there would be several sunny days (most probably from 21-27). So 22 March to 1 April would be better for you.
