About:Taiwan Weather

I noted every day is raining from mid to end Dec 2018 in Taipei.

Is it the whole day rain and still ok to visit Taiwan at that period?

Yes, it has more rainy days in this month but it is drizzle. So it is OK to visit. It won't influence the sightseeing a lot. Don't worry.
