About:China Visa Application in USA

Will the Chinese Embassy be open on Feb 19 or 20 in Los Angles for same day Visa Application?

I will be in the region and leaving overseas on Feb 21.

It is likely that the consulate in LA be closed on Feb. 19 or 20. Though no notice has been posted on the website saying this, according to the convention, there will be a three-day holiday for the Spring Festival, which may fall on Feb. 18 to 20 for 2015.
