About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am an Indian passport holder and plan to visit Macao via HK airport and Sky pier.

During return journey, we would like to store our luggage at HK airport locker and visit HK for a few hours. Pls advice whether we should book online return tickets for the ferry or buy separate tickets upon arrival at HK.

SNM, Indians enjoy 14 days free access to HK with their valid Indian passports. So you won't have a problem when you enter HK without having the return tickets. If you are worried that you may not buy the tickets when you arrive, then it's ok that you can book the tickets online in advance.
