About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Do i need to apply Chinese visa to Shanghai?

I'm Filipino passport holder. We're planning to go Jeju Island and our stop over is at Shanghai Pudong Int'l Airport. We're staying at Shanghai Airport less than 4hrs for our next flight to Jeju.
