Could you please suggest the best way to get Holiday Inn Hotel Kowloon east from the HK Airport?

Can we get a van or mini bus to accommodate 4 families?

Yes, in the airport, you can get a van or hire a mini bus to get to the hotel. Some private vans and mini buses from different companies wait outside the airport.
