Do I need to make a new Physical Examination Record for Foreigner again in Pakistan?

Sir,
I am Pakistan Nationality and now in China at a F type one.
I have gotten a Z type invitation. For this purpose I already passed (Physical Examination Record for Foreigner) here, Physical Examination Record book together with other papers is with me..

My question is: Will I need to get a new (Physical Examination Record for Foreigner) in Pakistan when I submit this invitation?

In my view, you will be required to do another physical examination in Pakistan. According to what I know, it should be done at local state-owned hospital and then get the medical report certifed by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then you can use it to apply for the Z type.

When you arrive in China, you need to change the Z into resident permit. At this moment, you will be asked to do another physical examination. Since you already did one before you go back to Pakistan, you may ask them the previous medical report done in China can be used. If so, you won't do another one for the resident permit.
