About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I'm an Armenian. I'm in China. I hold a Z visa to stay in China. I'm a teacher of English.

Yes, you can apply for a Japanese one at a agency designated by the Japanese Embassy. The agency varies from province to province. Would you please tell me which province or ciy are you in now so I can give you more info?
