Changzhou to Nanjing Airport

Would I be able pay the bus fare when I board the bus from Guangdong Hotel-Changzhou (No. 38, Guanhe Middle Road) to go to Lukou Airport? If not where could I buy it from?

At which part of the hotel would the bus pick up passengers, and how would I recognise the bus, would it indicate destination as Lukou Airport, or it has a particular bus no.?
