i got admission in liaoning university of technology how will i locate the school

and which kind of cloth or garment i am going to use to protect my self thank you

Hey, this university is located in no. 169, Shiying Street, Guta District, Jinzhou (锦州市古塔区士英街169号辽宁工业大学).
The new term usually begins from early Mar. At that time the temp difference is still large in the city and it's cold there. If you’re going when the new term begins, take warm clothes with you, such as down jacket, boots, hat, and gloves.
