Vietnamese currently in Myanmar, what I want to know is how I apply visa for China

You can go to the Chinese embassy in Myanmar for application.
The detail documents are hard to tell, because I have no idea about your visiting purposes. In general, besides the basic materails, you still need to provide your entry permit for Myanmar, FRC, the last entry stamp, an invitation letter from China and flight tickets to/from China.0
